Questions people ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Agent Reach is open source under the MIT license. YouTube speech-to-text (for videos without subtitles) needs a Groq or OpenAI key; everything else in the guide needs none.
Does it work in the ChatGPT or Claude app?
It needs an agent that can run commands on your computer, like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. If your agent says it cannot run commands, turn that on in its settings.
Will it touch my accounts?
Sites that need a login run in Agent Reach's own background browser, signed in to that one site. It never asks for your password. The makers suggest using a second account for those sites. Page 5 of the guide covers it.
I found "agent-reach" on PyPI. Is that it?
No. The makers say the PyPI package with that name is not their project. Install only with the line in step 1.
