Rate Your Face With Claude

The setup from my reel, start to finish. You attach one selfie and paste one prompt. Claude sends back an honest face report: a score for every feature, one overall score out of 10, and the fixes worth doing.

The link to the guide is not live yet. The three cards below work now.

On your phone? Skip to card 1. It is the same prompt, with a copy button.

What comes back

1overall score out of 10
10category scores
3 + 3strengths and weaknesses
5fixes, ranked by impact

What it scores. Symmetry, facial thirds, jawline, cheekbones, eye area, brows, nose, lips, skin, hair and grooming.

What is in the guide

  1. Connect Higgsfield, once

The image tool that draws the report card with your face on it. Optional: without it, Claude builds the card as a page in the chat.

  2. Take the right selfie

Six rules and three checks. Claude can only score what it can see.

  3. Paste the prompt

Selfie attached, prompt pasted, one message.

  4. Read it right

What the number means, what to fix first, and how to steer it.

What you need. Claude, or any AI chat that reads photos, and one selfie of yourself. The image card needs a Higgsfield account and uses its credits.

// use it now

Three cards. Start with the first.

Attach one selfie of yourself to a new chat. Tap Copy on card 1, paste it into the same message and send. Cards 2 and 3 go in the same chat afterwards.

Card 1 of 3 . start here

The face report prompt

The prompt from the guide. Hat off, daylight in front of you, mouth closed, no filter.

Copy takes the whole prompt. Scroll inside the box to read it.

You are a facial aesthetics analyst. I attached one selfie of myself. Give me an honest, specific read of my own face, the way a professional would write it up: direct, kind, no flattery, no insults.

Work only from what is visible in the photo. Do not guess my identity, age, ethnicity or health. If something is hidden (hat, hand, hair, angle, lighting), say so and score only what you can see.

STEP 1: MEASURE
- Symmetry: compare left vs right for eyes, brows, cheekbones, jaw and mouth corners. Name the specific asymmetries.
- Proportions: facial thirds (hairline to brow, brow to nose base, nose base to chin) and fifths (eye widths across the face).
- Bone structure: jawline and jaw angle, chin projection, cheekbone height and width, brow ridge, face shape.
- Soft features: eye area, nose, lips, skin texture and tone, hair and facial hair (shape, density, grooming).

STEP 2: SCORE
Score each of these out of 10 (one decimal). Mark a score LOW CONFIDENCE when that feature is partly hidden:
Symmetry, Facial thirds, Jawline, Cheekbones, Eye area, Brows, Nose, Lips, Skin, Hair and grooming.
Then give one overall attractiveness score out of 10 (one decimal). It is your judgment of the whole face, not the average of the categories.

STEP 3: REPORT
Turn it into one portrait report card titled "Face Report".
- If Higgsfield is connected, render the card as a single image with Higgsfield. Use my selfie as the reference so the face on the card is mine, front-facing, with thin analysis lines over it.
- If it is not connected, build the same card as an artifact.
Design: dark background, one accent colour, big numbers, lots of space, easy to read on a phone.
On the card, with every line 6 words or fewer:
1. The overall score and a one-line verdict
2. The 10 category scores
3. Top 3 strengths
4. Top 3 weaknesses
5. Top 5 fixes ranked by impact, each something I can actually do (grooming, skincare, hair, posture, sleep, body fat, photo angle and lighting). No surgery, no medical advice.
Under the card, in your reply: one line of reasoning per score, my single best feature, and my highest-impact fix.

RULES
- Be calibrated: 5 is average, 7 is clearly above average, 9+ is rare.
- Be specific to my face, never generic.
- Selfies are often mirrored, so say "left side of the photo" and "right side of the photo".
- This is one photo. Tell me what a second photo (front on, neutral light, no hat) would let you judge better.

Card 2 of 3

Turn the fixes into a 4-week checklist

The score is the hook. The ranked list under it is what you came for.

Use the face report you just gave me. Do not re-score anything.

Turn the top 5 fixes into a 4-week checklist:
- Week by week, 3 to 5 small actions each, starting with what is free.
- For each action: what to do, how long it takes, and how I will know it worked.
- Grooming, skincare, hair, posture, sleep, and photo angle and lighting only. No surgery, no medical advice, no supplements.

End with one line: the single action to do today.

Card 3 of 3

Score a second photo and compare

For a better photo today, or the same spot, light and angle in 30 days.

I am attaching a second selfie of myself. Score it with the same 10 categories and the same rules as my first face report.

Then compare the two photos:
1. A table: category, first score, second score, change.
2. Which changes come from the photo (light, angle, hat, expression) and which from me.
3. What is still the same in both. That is what to trust.

Work only from what is visible. Mark a score LOW CONFIDENCE when a feature is partly hidden. Selfies are often mirrored, so say "left side of the photo" and "right side of the photo".

// get unstuck

Stuck? Find your line.

It says it cannot see my hairline or my jaw

Take the hat off and move anything that sits on your chin: a hand, a collar, a mic, a scarf. Hair off your forehead.

Then send a new photo. Claude marks a score LOW CONFIDENCE when a feature is hidden.

I do not have Higgsfield

Skip it. The prompt still works. Claude builds the report as a page in the chat instead of an image.

Higgsfield is not in my connector list

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. Choose Add custom connector and paste the address from page 3 of the guide. Sign in with your Higgsfield account when it asks.

Each image uses your Higgsfield credits.

One side of my face scored lower

Uneven light reads as uneven features. Turn to face the window so both sides are lit the same, and send it again.

I ran it twice and the score changed

The number moves a little from run to run. Trust what keeps showing up, not the decimal.

None of these fixed it

Email support@variancemarketing.com. Say what you sent, and paste what Claude said.

Use it like a sharp friend. This is an AI looking at one photo. It is a read, not a diagnosis, and it is not the last word on your face. Use your own photo only.
