Ruflo: the repo and the setup

Ruflo is the harness around Claude Code. It adds specialist agents that plan, code, test and review as a team, shares memory between them, and sends small jobs to cheap models and hard ones to the best model.

Check with claude --version. Update with claude update.

Open the console and give it a job

Type /ruflo to open the console, set Settings, Claude control to write + ask, then ask Claude:

Create a mission to [ONE SMALL THING YOU WANT BUILT OR FIXED]. Plan it, split it across the agents you need, and show me the mission and its status before you start. Run the tests at the end and tell me what passed and what you changed.

Your Claude Code is too old. Run claude update. Ruflo needs 2.1.287 or newer.

Node version error

Ruflo needs Node.js 20 or newer. On Node 24.19 to 24.21 a rare crash is known: switch to Node 22.

/ruflo does nothing

Run /reload-plugins, or restart Claude Code.

Does it cost money?

Ruflo is free. It uses the AI models you already pay for, and sends simple jobs to cheaper ones. The console's Cost page shows your spend.
